Just to comment the answer is about as complete. Just to add when others point to "Jesus had a treasurer" (Judas) - Scripture indicates his job was given what money they had away! Not storing it.
An additional note: The answer block starts with "My opinion is..". My opinion is of no account: It's what he says in His Word.

Not only Jesus but half His disciples came from large families with established businesses. They employed men, owned large fishing vessels with nets. And the businesses could flourish when Simon, Andrew, Jesus, Mark all left for a few years gap year.
As for the cloak that Jesus wore, it was so special that even the Roman soldiers recognised its value. Hand crafted from one seamless weave, 24 brightly coloured tassels dyed with some of the rarest and most expensive substances available.
Yes Jesus and many of the disciples gave up considerable earthly wealth to carry out this mission. Jesus went further, and gave up everything, His Life, and is forever now in human form.
He had all he needed! What more could anyone want? The rich have only wealth, that is why so many are unhappy. The poor never commit suicide. Only those who want more do.
Prosperity preachers are false prophets who focus on material goods. In effect they are teaching idolatry. When Jesus speaks of prosperity in the Bible he is speaking of prosperity of salvation not of material goods. And in the few instances that he does speak of prosperity he is focused on daily needs even as it is suggested in the lords prayer. The problem with prosperity teachers is that they bring in people thinking that if they follow God they're going to receive great wealth and they quit on God when they don't and that is a distructive teaching.
My opinion and I have no verses to quote here, is that rich and wealthy is in the eyes of the beholder. Jesus demonstrated that you don't need physical, material things to be rich or wealthy. God gives us what we need to live a full and rich life. Just look at the creatures of his creation, they are happy and living a fruitful life, yet it is the Creator that provides it. Jesus never wrote a book or built something that made Him famous. His Words were the riches and most wealthy ever said and of couse, His death the greatest gift ever given.
I perceive that living life in tune with knowing your Creator and doing His Will is the greatest and riches and wealthiest that you can ever be in this Earth. All other richness and wealth is men made and far inferior than what God promises us to be in this life. There is so much more in this life than the physical well being of our physical being. It stll goes back to the real answer to life "That Jesus Christ is the answer to life".
