Why did Jesus heal only one person at the pool of Bethesda?

Why did Jesus heal only one person at the pool of Bethesda when there were others also waiting to be healed by the angel?

John 5:1 - 15

ESV - 1 After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, in Aramaic called Bethesda, which has five roofed colonnades.

It isn't said anywhere in the narrative that Jesus only healed that one person. That's an assumption based on the idea that if it isn't written that He healed others, then He didn't heal others. That may or may not be the case. He might have healed ten others, we don't know. This man is the focus of the story, so the story speaks only of him. Were there any others with Jesus? It doesnt say; that doesn't mean He was alone. We don't know! For us to guess would only be an assumption one way or the other...
