I find no indication in the passage cited in the question (or elsewhere in Genesis) that Eve herself had children with spirit beings (either angels, or Satan, or with the fallen angels who joined Satan in his rebellion against God). However, Genesis 6:1-4 seems to indicate that there was a time many years after creation when beings from the spirit world fathered children with human women (not with Eve herself, but with her female descendants). No, Satan did not had a baby with Eve! There's nothing anywhere in the Bible to suggest that spiritual beings (angels) had sexual relations with Eve or anyone one else. Matter of fact, in Matthew 22:30 Jesus teaches quite the contrary. When the Bible talks about the Sons of God is talking about actual His sons who He created and the clearest evidence is found in (Luke 3:23-38) - everyone mentioned is the son of his father, except for Adam who is the son of God: “the son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God” Luke 3:38. Finally, in 1 John 3:1 we learn that only true believers, the faithful followers of Christ are called children of God: "See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are".
