This only my opinion. It doesn't matter much where the proclamation of the saving grace of Jesus Christ is spoken if it brings only one soul to the belief that Jesus saved us from the death that comes from sin by his sacrifice on the cross. The Angels in heaven rejoice. So if you are led to proclaim Jesus from wherever the Lord God's Holy Spirit moves you to, then it is going to affect someone's life for Christ.
