What is the difference between a righteous person and spiritual person?

Very briefly, being a spiritual person myself I would describe being 'righteous' as being 'right' with God. Therefore I believe a 'spritual' person is somebody who is not only aware of God but also has a relationship with God.
In Biblical terms you cannot claim to be either without entering into to a personal relationship with God. So in my humble opinion there lays the answer.
