One of the best dreams in my life that I can remember I actually painted a painting of about 30 years later in a folk art style.
It was Jesus at an oasis on his knees by a pool of red blood. He was dipping a hand towel sized towel in the pool and the blood was dripping off of it back into the pool. He would turn swiftly and would wipe down a sheep that was blackened by the travel through life's storms and miry pits.
After he wiped them off in a swift supernatural way that was instantaneous without one drop of blood being wasted in the sand, the sheep walked off smiling and as white as the whitest snow on the sunniest of days.
Where the sheep came from the sky above them was black and threatening, but that didn't matter to Jesus. Where he was the sun was shinning. There were a twin set of palm trees, a few desert flowers and some birds in the air.
In the far off distance between the sand dunes was a beautiful blue body of water. Jesus was busy washing the lost sheep that were being found. He had a glowing smile and his teeth were white as snow. His face was darkly tanned from the outdoors. He was not a white man but a man of color.
It was a glorious dream and I was one of those lost sheep that he had drawn to himself and cleaned as white as snow.
I recently have been fasting and praying for the salvation of my children and grandchildren. I had a dream very recently that I was climbing a mountain and pulling a rope over my shoulder and at the end of that rope was one of my daughters.
It was recently revealed to me that she had her knee healed from a bad car accident and she was attending church. God reveals to us the meaning of the dreams that he speaks to us by. I am climbing that mountain and I know when I get to the top of that mountain that more wonderful things are going to happen.
There are other dreams that have no meaning, but when God is in the dream, you know by your spirit what it means. The Holy Spirit interprets them for us by his spirit that is within us.
Dear Brother Saunders, these were indeed two very powerful spiritual dreams. You are very correct, God has always spoken to His people throughout all time, in the night season. We are not always so blessed to have easy interpretations or quick answers to our dreams, but God is faithful to bring to pass what He wants to accomplish in our lives.
Any time I get discouraged, I remember Joseph. He dreamed as a young boy that his brothers would fall at his feet and worship him. It took almost 30 years for God to accomplish this, many hardships, many tears, and many trials. However, one day his brothers bowed before a young Egyptian ruler, never guessing it was Joseph. None but God could have done it! Joseph gave God all the praise for it.
We tend to want to rush God's timetable. We have a dream, we know it's real, but we don't know how to make it happen. Well, I do that.. everyone else is probably perfect at this thing!
Be Blessed
Lena
Yes he does. He's the god of this world. If you believe in the Spirit realm then you know he can enter your dreams and other ways too.
If the dream is from God, it will bring comfort and peace. If there is no comfort and peace and the dream is frightening, it is from satan
