According to Daniel 6, the king (or the government at the time) told Daniel what he could not do, as far as his worship was concerned. He disobeyed the government and God delivered him from the lions' den. Then in Daniel 3, the king (or the government) told Shadrach, Meshech, and Abednego what to do for their worship and what not to do or there would be consequences. They disobeyed the government and God delivered them from the burning fiery furnace. Is this the same today when the government is telling us not to have church?

To me, the situations in the question are not strictly a parallel analogy. The actions taken by Nebuchadnezzar and Darius (which were resisted by Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, and Daniel) were for the purpose of self-glorification, and usurping authority or worship that rightly belonged to God alone. Restrictions on corporate worship activities in connection with the coronavirus are not aimed specifically at religion, but have the same purpose as restrictions imposed with respect to other group activities or gatherings -- the maintenance of the health of the overall community. Worshippers are still perfectly free to worship God individually in private settings (as mentioned by Jesus in passages such as Matthew 6:6), and perhaps even more preferable to God if defying restrictions on corporate worship were also to be mixed with a tacit motive of wanting to impress others with one's personal piety).
