Terrific question, Romeo! I would say that ladies are allowed to educate. More seasoned ladies should instruct the more youthful ladies (Titus 2:3-4). Timothy was instructed at home by his mom and grandma (2 Tim. 1:5; 3:15). Yet, in their showing service, they should not "rule over" men/act as though one is in charge of; to make a showcase of having a favorable position over or prevalence. There is nothing amiss with a genuine lady educating a man in private (Acts 18:24-28). We had a 90-year-old woman in my Bible church which I pastored for 7 years in Genao City, Wisconsin. She taught the adult Sunday School class for years, granted, with mainly women in attendance, but occasionally a man would attend. This went on for most of those 7 years except for a friend who came from my alma mater, Arizona Bible College, to live with me and teach that adult class, Tim.
