We can appropriate God's blessings when we seek Him (Psalm 34:4, 10*), cry out to Him (Ps 34:6, 17), trust Him (Ps 34:8**), fear Him (Ps 34:7,9***), refrain from lying (Ps 34:13 as mentioned by Mr. Maas), turn from evil, do good and seek peace (34:14 ****Mr. Maas mentioned Ps 34:13-14), are humble (Ps 34:18*****), and serve Him (Ps 34:22*****). LASB *Psalm 34:10, an East Delavan Baptist Church memory verse, says, "The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing." I.e. God will meet all our needs. **Psalm 34:8 says, "O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him." -- Do this and God will meet the righteous' needs.
