Mark 10:13-16: Jesus blessed little children, and laid his hands on them. The same incident is reported in Luke 18:15-17. Jesus rebuked the disciples for telling the parents that Jesus was too busy! Jesus used the incident to say that all people are important to Him. We as God's children, must receive Him in faith and trust. We need to appreciate Jesus’ sacrifice.

If you want to refer to Jesus blessing these children as a baptism, then this might be what you are looking for. However, I really believe that baptism in its true meaning is for someone who understands the significance.

The Bible says nothing about infant baptism, because this is not a Christian event. Getting a baby wet does nothing. In order to be baptized, you have to believe what happened to Jesus and why He did this for Christians You also have to acknowledge that He is your Savior. A baby cannot do either of these.
