Here are some Scripture references of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In Psalm 16:10-11 we find the following: "For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will you allow your Holy One to undergo decay. You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your hand there are pleasures forever." NASB The Lord speaking to the children of Israel through His prophet Hosea in chapter 6:1-2: "Come let us return to the LORD. For Has torn[us], but He will heal us; He has wounded [us], but He will bandage us. He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the third day, that we may live before Him." NASB And in Jonah chapter two, verse 6, we find a type of the resurrection of Christ. "I descended to the roots of the mountains. The earth with its bars [was] around me forever, but You have brought up my life from the pit, O LORD my God." NASB And lastly, I would like to share the following prophecy of Jesus being in Sheol for three days and three nights. Jonah 1:17: "And the LORD appointed a great fish to swallow Jonah, and Jonah was in the stomach of the fish three days and three nights." NASB
Psalm 16:10 and Psalm 22, and Isaiah 53:10-11 and Daniel 12:2-3. https://blog.tms.edu/resurrection-according-to-scriptures In Psalm 17:15, David expresses confidence that God will satisfy him as well with a resurrection, “As for me, I shall behold Your face in righteousness; I will be satisfied with Your likeness when I awake.” How does David know this will happen? He explains in Psalm 16:10, “For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.” David is sure that his own resurrection is secure, because he knows that God will not allow the Messiah, God’s Holy One, to undergo decay. The Messiah’s resurrection is the basis for David’s resurrection. And ours, if we are believers! If not, "believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved!"
Job 10:20-22 declares that he will die and not return, because he will be resurrected and rise as an immortal. Job knew that this life is only the beginning. Job 19:25: "I know that My Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth." Job 19: "Whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!" Job 19:25,26 Job's declaration of faith in chapter 13, verse 15, is a statement of complete trust. Job had no qualms that his trust in God would be disappointed. His faith was immovable! He had a connection with God in His spirit. Prophecy of Christ's resurrection in Psalm 16:9,10 2 Samuel 12:21-23: King David declares that one day he will see his infant son that died.
