17 By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son. The type would include his "rising from the dead."
Hebrews 11:17

I would say yes, and not just in the sacrificial act itself, but also in the willing manner in which Isaac allowed himself to be bound and laid on the sacrificial altar, indicating a sharing of Abraham's faith that God would be able to raise him from the dead (Hebrews 11:17-19), just as Jesus had faith in His own resurrection (Matthew 17:22-23; Mark 9:31).
I would say yes. Because Isaac was born from love, and he was offered to God. Not only that, Isaac was born from two very old people. Abraham add Sarah were well past the age of bearing children. He was a child of "promise." Christ was a child of "promise." In Genesis chapter 3:15: "I will put hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel." King James version says "between your seed and her seed." This is important. The "Seed" is the theme of the whole Bible! The sacrifice of Isaac by Abraham, is a snapshot of the resurrection of Christ. Notice in Genesis 22.."Take your son, your only son, whom you love..." Isaac asks later in the chapter, "Where is the lamb for the offering?" Abraham answers that God himself will provide the lamb. Abraham knew that God would bring Christ from his seed. Later in verse 13, a ram is provided for the sacrifice. Rams and sheep were sacrificial animals. Other animals were also used. John 1:29: "The next day John saw Jesus coming toward Him and said, 'Here is the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world!'"
