Is there any truth to the theory that there are "genetically-programmed sinners"? If so, can genetically-programmed sinners get to heaven?

A Christian friend suggested that psychopaths, homosexuals, and presumably others are genetically programmed to their sinful lifestyles.

To the best of any recollection, the fact is that the human genome has been degenerating since Adam and Eve enter into disobedience and the propensity to sin has continue to become greater through that degradation. There is no scientific proof, as of it, that we as human beings, through vaccinations or through oral medication are becoming more susceptible to sin other than the fact that we are continuing to break down genetically the more that we reproduce. Although atmospheric changes and modified foods may have some bearing on the way we act as well.

Dear truth finder, I agree that DNA has been progressively degrading since we left Eden. Secularists term this mutation, but in reality, it’s DNA degradation as information is lost, certainly not gained. I believe we inherited a sin gene when Adam obeyed Satan and consequently disobeyed God. I believe that Christ rescued us by inserting His righteousness gene into us at the time of our new birth when we accepted Him as our Lord and Saviour. As Christians, we call this insertion of Christ’s salvation gene into us being born again. As such, we Christians are called children of God and are referred to as having the mark of Christ on us.
