Who were supplying the ships that took the Israelites to Egypt in Deuteronomy 28:68?

Deuteronomy 28:68

ESV - 68 And the Lord will bring you back in ships to Egypt, a journey that I promised that you should never make again; and there you shall offer yourselves for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but there will be no buyer.

Randy, in context of scripture, this was under the curses that God said would happen to the children of Israel if they disobeyed His commandments.

There is no reference in scripture where this occurred. When Yahweh brought the children of Israel out of Egypt they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years, and many of them died because of their disobedience and never entered into the promised land.
