I am interested in this study. I start by asking, "did Jesus Christ collect tithe to fund his ministry?" No biblical record that he collected. But he had a treasurer. How did fund the ministry? Followers gave freely and willingly. How did the Apostle fund the ministry? Believers gave willingly and freely. Some gave 100 percent others gave less and no one was mandated or commanded to give. Did they lack money for the work God. No, they never lacked. Money has never stopped the work of God.
Who are we following? Jesus or the Apostles. No we are following our greed. That is we teach and preach what we know is not the truth.
