No matter how much we desire that God's mercy for them that they have not heard about Jesus, they will go to hell. I too wish many of my relatives who have died without opportunity of hearing gospel. But the Bible is very clear;
Romans 10: 9 and 10 says;
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Anyone who do not believe in their heart will not receive salvation.
That is why it is imperative and responsibility of believer to share about the saving grace of Jesus to those who have not heard about him.
Jesus said in Matts28:19-20;
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
Go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is Lord.
