In fact, there is no such a word white lies in the Bible, but we can find two kinds of lying in the Bible: The good one, wich can be defined as an acts of self defence and security measures, protected by God (Genesis 20:1-18; Mathew 10:16-20) The evil one, wich can be defined as an acts of against the will of God and to satisfy the flesh desires (Galatians 5:19-21), led by satan (John 8:44) White, symbolizes holy (Revelation 3:18), so white lies is the good one.
