I would like to ask a question. Hows does the devil swift a person from GOD if after the person has received the miracle acknowledged GOD as the source of their miracle. what are spiritual implications in such a case

If a satanic miracle is performed and the receiver did not know that it was satanic and a a result they give Glory to GOD for the miracle. What abou that, are there any spiritual implications or how does it work

That person would in essence be giving glory to the god of this world (Satan) (2 Cor 4:4).
This is why we are told in the next chapter to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Cor 5:7). Not only will many be deceived in the ages to come, it is occurring even now and hidden in plain sight (2 Thes 2:9-11).
2 Cor 11:13-15
"13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."
We are not living during a time of God's outpouring of earthly blessings, miracles, signs, and wonders. These things ceased upon the completion of God's perfect Word (1 Cor 13:8-10). We are in God's dispensation of grace (Eph 3:2), where it is having FAITH that pleases God.
Satan's attack is on our faith. We become blinded to faith when our focus is on the things of this world, and not only bad things, but even seemingly good. For instance, have you ever heard that 'you'll end up in hell if you don't stop sinning'? Although we should avoid sin, it isn't our sins that send us to hell. It would be lack of faith in our sins being forgiven 2,000 years ago through Christ's shed blood. If someone is unsure if they've done enough for Heaven then they've missed the point of the cross. Jesus Christ did all required on their behalf (Col 1:14).
