When Moses says his lips are uncircumcised, what does he mean?

"But Moses said to the Lord, "Behold, n I am of uncircumcised lips. How will Pharaoh listen to me?"

The covenant with Abraham specifies that all the people of 8 days must be circumcised. One must conclude Moses is circumcised, but when he says his lips are uncircumcised what does that mean? Can he not speak as The Lord would speak? Has worldly speech not been cut away from him? What does the uncircumcised lips mean and does he need Aaron because his lips are uncircumcised? If that's the case, how would he circumcise his lips?

Exodus 6:30

NKJV - 30 But Moses said before the LORD, "Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh heed me?
