Brother Paul

Paul's message in Eph 2 was to believers:

Those who had already, repented, been baptised, declared their faith in Jesus, who are born again, spiritually regenerated and grafted into the vine by God the Father.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Eph 2:8-9 NKJV
