In my humble opinion the cross breeding of "fallen angels" (Bene HaElohim) and "the daughters of men" (benoth adam) produced a corrupted hybrid. Genesis 6:1-2 This hybrid was called Nepilim "the fallen ones" another term "the mighty ones" (HaGibborim) translates from the Greek as gigantes "earth-born". Genesis 6:4 The scripture is telling us that all flesh on earth was corrupted by these hybrids, but for Noah his genealogy was perfect without blemish. Genesis 6:9-12 Jude 6-7: makes reference to these fallen angels as does 2Peter 2:4-5 "As the days of Noah were, so shall be the coming of the Son of man be" Matthew 24:37 In the Lord's freedom and truth.............warrior on

With all its advantages, pre-Flood society had a bad start. Its founder, Adam, was a rebel against God. Cain, the builder of the first recorded city, murdered his own brother. Little wonder that evil snowballed! The consequences of the defective legacy that Adam left his offspring were cumulative.—Romans 5:12. Things were evidently coming to a head when Jehovah determined that he would allow the situation to continue just another 120 years. The earth became filled with violence.”—Genesis 6:5, 11. In time, Noah was told specifically that God would destroy all flesh in a deluge. God tells us in His Holy Bible pointblank why he decided to send the flood and destroy all man and creatures, etc., except Noah, his wife, three sons and their wives along w/ all animals,(male and female) of their 'kind'. He was "sorry he had created man, in that sin had become so prevalent in all of humanity to the point of "total depravity" and "I'm sorry I created man". God tells us "He is love" and so, to me, that is why he saved mankind's existence through Noah.
