In my opinion, I would say God the Father knows and feels our pain. Emotional as well as physical pain, because he walked on earth just as we do. Colossians 1:15, "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation." Jesus worked with his "Dad" in the carpentry shop. I think he may have had a couple accidents as a child...what child hasn't fallen and skinned his knees. He must have had an upset stomach at some point. Remember He was tested in the desert. He knew hunger. He wept. He overturned tables. I would say He was angry. His hands and feet were pierced. He was beaten beyond recognition! I am sure He carried those memories with Him back to heaven. I am sure God the Father felt for His son. As parents we feel for our children... God feels for all creation, and experienced it first hand in the body of Jesus Christ! Jesus suffered on the cross of Calvary. Revelation 7:17, "...for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." God created Eden, His plan was for a beautiful life. He came to earth to know first hand what His children feel. God knows everything about us! He knows about every feeling and every pain!
