Why was God displeased with King Saul's sacrifice in I Sam 15, yet Saul had made sacrifices before without incident, such as in I Sam 11:14-15?

I believe what the other people said is true but if you read it carefully, Samuel was there with Saul and the Israelites. Samuel was the one who did the sacrificing, Saul either assisted or was a "watcher".
