Can evil exist outside of personality? It seems that evil is related to persons- Satan initially and then Adam, Eve and the rest of us. Therefore it is associated with intent and purpose and direction (Satans cry that he wants to ascend to heaven, and be the chief being and he plans to do everything in his power to achieve that, even to the extent of subverting all humans to his side seems to confirm that)
