Jesus commanded us to go and make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:18-20), to be his witnesses to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). Many have been doing this as missionaries, but many disregard this call or any call to make disciples. God's plan is that people come to know salvation through our sharing the Good News, but again, we do't go. That's set aside for special people. It's too dangerous. I'm not qualified. I haven't gotten that call from God (See above scriptures!) So, God has a way of working his plan around our disobedience or unwillingness to follow his command. Since we do not go to the nations, God is bringing the Nations to us here in America. Not just so that they can have a better life, but so we can share the Good News with them. Some of them come from countries where the Gospel is not allowed to be spoken, and missionaries are not allowed in. So God brings them to us, and our responsibility is to show God's love to them by sharing the Good News of Jesus with them.
