Yes the old testament says it is an abomination before God for men and women to wear each others clothing. With the said, one must understand that it was not uncommon at the time for both men and women to do so because they wanted to attract others of their own sex without being openly obvious. Also there was the issue of pagans doing so as part of sexual acts connected with their religion.

I think that it's specific for the OT times and for Israel. Like other Laws that would have to be kept, today in the Time of Grace by Messiah those laws are obsolete. They do not apply to our time anymore I believe. Myself I have been so hurt and disappointed by males that I took a disgust toward men, even though I am one myself. I am dressing in women's clothing all the time including Pixie haircut and I have absolutely no sexual thoughts or desires. I like to live clean and holy. Personally I can not see anything that would be sinful about my appearance.
