✿ For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. (1Cor 3:19)

✿ Quoted from Job 5:13. The wisdom of the world is a craft, or subtle trade, which people carry on with others to benefit themselves. But divine wisdom would build his house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock and no force can shake it. (Lk. 6:48-49)

✿ The wise of the world are always full of schemes and plans for earthly gain, all of which are empty and vain. However, the idea is that God will cause all things to work together for good to them who love Him, whether they be the world system, life or death, providence now and hereafter, or any other things (Rom. 8:28).

Great question in our nonsense epidemic times and I humbly submit an answer for your consideration. Simply stated anyone that actively seeks to replace God’s empirical wisdom with anything other; is exercising complete foolishness.
(Psalms 111:10; Proverbs 16:25; Isaiah 30:10)

WISDOM: The trait of utilizing knowledge and experience with COMMON SENSE and insight.

FOOLISHNESS: The trait of acting stupidly and rashly, The quality of being rash and foolish.

From the time of Nimrod (I will rebel) building his tower with brick instead of stone in the plain of Shinar, other Nimrods have gone about doing things their own way in complete opposition to God’s perfect wisdom.(Genesis 11:2-3; Isaiah 65:3)

Through out the sands of time there are known esoteric and infallible crackpot wisdom that was the gospel of the learned gentlemen of their age is funny to us modern day enlightened. Not so funny to the poor souls who were trapped and suffered at the hands of their superior and knowledgeable practitioners of foolishness. (Proverbs 25:19)

Consider just the practice of medicine; the fashionable use of leaches or mercury or LOBOTOMY; a surgical interruption of nerve tracts in the frontal lode of the brain which was all the rage in it’s day. (Psalms 118:8)

Today various totalitarian bureaucratic bodies with their fellow idealogical traveling companions from around the globe preach their WISDOM to the great unwashed masses under their collective boot. (Ecclesiastes 10:2)
It matters not the subject, they have the only answer, now just capitulate and prostrate before their tower of WISDOM. (Job 34:17; Jeremiah 5:21)

From the alphabet communities incessant caterwauling for new rights and males wanting to be legally considered as women. And then importing an antagonistic seventh century ideology as your peaceful neighbor. Really seems somewhat foolish as you may well be a new hood ornament or they may help you exit a building roof at some point. (Ecclesiastes 1:15; Proverbs 17:12; Proverbs 24:9; Isaiah 44:18)

Our age has shown us the complete folly of man when it opposes the perfect wisdom of God on any level and in any discipline of science and yet some continue as in the days of Jeremiah. (Isaiah 32:6; Isaiah 65:2; Jeremiah 28:16)

Humble city
Scripture tells us our very best is but as filthy rags (even if we rise early on our very best day) how much more do you think our earthly wisdom is worth friend?
