Should a Christian remain at a Christian workplace where those in leadership are involved in corruption or unethical practices?

1 Corinthians 5:1 - 13

ESV - 1 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is not tolerated even among pagans, for a man has his father's wife. 2 And you are arrogant! Ought you not rather to mourn? Let him who has done this be removed from among you.

It is difficult to see how the participation of the organizational leadership in corrupt or unethical practices would fit the description of a "Christian" workplace.

Also, I would say that the concern of the employee in question should be to avoid complicity (even if not active participation) in such dealings -- in both a moral and possibly legal sense -- in order to escape whatever adverse consequences that complicity might produce.

However, the employee would also have to be prepared to accept and deal with whatever personal, occupational, or legal difficulties that either active opposition or "passive" response (such as by quitting the job) could potentially entail. If the employee should choose to actively oppose the leadership's activities, having proper documentation or proof of those activities would be essential.
