What rewards and losses will there be (1 Corinthians 3:14-15)?

1 Corinthians 3:14 
If what someone has built survives, he will receive a reward. 

1 Corinthians 3:15 says, "If anyone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, yet only so as through fire".
