This is a miracle of resurrection by Paul the Apostle.
Acts 20:9-12
9   And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead.
10   And Paul went down, and fell on him, and embracing him said, Trouble not yourselves; for his life is in him.
11   When he therefore was come up again, and had broken bread, and eaten, and talked a long while, even till break of day, so he departed.
12   And they brought the young man alive, and were not a little comforted.

Dear Anonymous, it simply means that he was raised from the dead.

Paul was empowered by the Holy Spirit, that same power that raised our Lord and Savior from the dead.

When he made contact with the body of Eutychus, the resurrection power flowed into him and brought him back to life.

He only had life in him only AFTER Paul raised him from the dead. This was a miracle!

Compare 1Ki 17:21-22:
2 Ki 4:34-35 as to the manner in which (the how in which) first, Elijah, and then Elisha, had raised two different boys from the dead.

These comparisons were similar to the way in which Paul raised Eutychus from the dead.
