Why would the Holy Spirit try to dissuade Paul from going to Jerusalem through these disciples?

I understand that the disciples were concerned for Paul, but this verse says it was "through the Spirit" that they were warning him. It seems to me that the Holy Spirit would NOT want to dissuade Paul from going, since this was God's plan for Paul.
