Yes, Christians should obey the laws of the land, and especially if they don't go against the Word of God.
Although it is clearly said in Romans that Christians are to obey every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake, there There are exceptions, such as the only Son having to go to war. Remember, we are under Grace and not the letter of the Law.
