What should we make of Eliphaz' vision expressed to Job, which says God does not trust his own angels?

“If God does not trust his own angels
and has charged his messengers with foolishness,
  (Job 4:18 NLT)

Was the spirit that visited Eliphaz from God or not, given that God was displeased with the things Job's friends said to him in the end?

Job 4:18

ESV - 18 Even in his servants he puts no trust, and his angels he charges with error.

When I read these things about fallen angels and machinations of spirits trying to usurp the plan and love of God......I am most in awe of my salvation. So much effort to keep man away from the truth of the love of a Father for His children. How can we take salvation for granted or even believe God loves us so much that hell is a myth. God condemns no one, man condemns himself. These biblical examples are real. They should warn us of the magnificent of our Father's love and HIS treatment of sin. We must believe and be in obedience to HIM. There just is no other way, for HE spares not even the angels........
