That is one of the most difficult questions to answer. I am sure that the bible is full of encouraging scriptures pertaining to death and the loss of a loved one, but losing a child is so difficult and the first scripture that comes to mind is: Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.
I hope this will encourage you.

I dont know if this will answer your question, but David while was king his son was suffering from a bad illness- 2 Samuel 12 :15-23. Whatever the circumstances that led to the loss of a child, God can bring comfort to you
Thank you

This is easier said than done but don't put a question mark where God puts His periods. Move on to the next chapter in your life. The scripture that come to mind for this season in your life to me is Romans 8:28 KJV
[28] And we know that ALL things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
So be it! I pray you find peace during these trying times. God bless you.
