I don't know about the exact word "dependability", but if it is considered to be synonymous with "faithfulness", the Bible talks extensively about both being able to count on a person to carry through in their performance of duty, or on their promises and commitments, as well as God's faithfulness in keeping His promises -- and not just in Proverbs, but elsewhere, as well, in verses such as:

Exodus 34:6
Numbers 23:19
Deuteronomy 7:9
Psalm 33:4
Psalm 36:5
Psalm 86:15
Psalm 100:5
Proverbs 28:20
Lamentations 3:22-23
Luke 12:42-44
Luke 16:10-12
Luke 19:12-28
Romans 3:3
1 Corinthians 4:2
1 Corinthians 10:13
2 Thessalonians 3:3
2 Timothy 2:13
Hebrews 10:23
Hebrews 13:5
1 John 1:9

There are many more Bible verses on this subject, and there are also numerous online sites where Bible verses can be found, grouped by whatever subject a person may be interested in. These sites can be located by doing a search (using a search engine such as Google or Bing!), and typing in "Bible verses about dependability".

From gotquestions: Dependability in a person will prevent that person from being a gossip: “A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret” (Proverbs 11:13). Dependability makes one a blessing to his or her employer: “Like a snow-cooled drink at harvest time is a trustworthy messenger to the one who sends him; he refreshes the spirit of his master” (Proverbs 25:13).
