Should someone exposed to Coronavirus be engaged in church activities that bring him/her into contact with other people?

For example, should someone exposed, but not necessarily positive, do activities like driving others around in a van?

Lord Yeahua charges us to love one another, love our neighbor. Would it be loving of me to suspect I might have rabies, take a bite from an apple, and then offer it to someone else to finish? Would it not be an evil to the other person to inflict this upon them, even if I had just the suspicion I might be sick with some dangerous illness? What are the consequences of our own action and inaction? Failing to prevent harm has real consequences. Carelessness has very real consequences even though we may dismiss them.

The only thing we can do is to cease from our naivety, recognize our duty to not harm, and face up to the reality that if that person contracts the disease we haven't brought it to them through overt malice, but through failure of caring, failure to love in deed, failure in compassion. It's sad, but the harm to the victim is as real to them had they been infected on purpose. We must mourn this and ask forgiveness of Our Lord and of the victim. Don't we teach our children to play and have fun, but do no harm and do not risk harm to themselves?
